Kersey And Castle is either the owner or entitled licensee of the products on sale. By making payment for a product you are granted the right to incorporate them in a music production, film, tv program, website or other media production, without paying any additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees to Kersey And Castle or any third parties unless otherwise stated in additional licensing materials or product descriptions.

NO sample clearing hassles at all. If the sample(s) are used on any NON MAJOR LABEL platforms, you can do anything you'd like with them (upload to Soundcloud, sell the beat to indy artist, include on beat-tape, etc etc). Products cannot be distributed in their original format or sold in a manner that would be considered competitive with the nature of Kersey And Castle business. Everything else on the website is licensed to Kersey And Castle, including artwork, source code, materials, audio demos, graphics, text and logos and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Payment is taken on behalf of Kersey And Castle by PayPal, Stripe Payments, and all other payment options listed. After payment you will be taken to a page of your account, where you can download your product(s). 

 

Delivery/Refund Policy:

 

After making payment on this website you will be automatically taken to a download page, where you can download your product. If you experience any problems, please get in contact with us at kerseyandcastlekits@gmail.com and we will work to solve the problem.

 

Digital Products purchased from Kersey And Castle and Rob Viktum are non-refundable. Once you have opted in to buy the product you are in effect purchasing a license to use the content in your music without paying royalties to the owner, which therefore cannot be refunded.
