The exclusive license is subject to any valid earlier nonexclusive licenses. Earlier buyers retain the rights granted under their original agreements. Once the exclusive license takes effect, this beat will no longer be offered for new leases or another exclusive license.

Royalties and songwriting splits

50% Rob Viktum / 50% the licensee's side collectively.

• Master royalties: 50/50 of the finished recording's Net Master Receipts, as defined in the agreement.
• Publishing income: 50/50, including mechanical income.
• Ownership of the new song's composition: 50/50 between those sides.

The licensee and any buyer-side co-writers share their side's 50%. Rob Viktum retains ownership of the underlying Beat. The posted agreement governs accounting, registrations and mechanical licensing.
